AFITLTD is the leading IT firm in Bangladesh, including all types of IT Services, it also provides all types of graphics-related services like 2D, 3D animation, logos, banners, posters, visiting cards, etc by creative-minded graphic designers.
We are looking for some open-minded, thinker, creative, and skilful Graphic designers for expanding our growing business and supporting customer services.
Roles of a Graphic Designer:
- Studying design briefs and determining their requirements.
- Making Schedule projects and defining budget constraints.
- Conceptualising visuals based on requirements.
- Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas.
- Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Using the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
- Working with copywriters and creative directors to produce the final design And test graphics across various media.
- Improving designs after feedback and ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven graphic designing experience (At least 2 years).
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
- Willing to work in a disciplined environment.
- Out of the preferred working sectors willing to do extra work given by a company.
- Fluency in English in writing and speaking must be needed.
